If you have placed an order, you will receive a confirmation letter. We will post your order as soon as possible, but depending on the days of the week, and bigger sales, it might take 3-5 working days. When the order is shipped you will receive an e-mail.
Domestic orders
We use Itella Smartpost, Omniva, and DPD services for Estonian orders. We try to deliver domestic orders in 2-3 working days. In colder months we recommend you choose Itella SmartPost, as these parcel machines are indoors.
International orders
We send international orders by DPD and you will receive your parcel in 6-10 working days. The package can be tracked on their website.
